Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and organized Business Development Intern with a strong focus on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our founders and business development team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-growing, innovative startup. Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Use a structured approach to manage and optimize the sales pipeline via HubSpot.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and sales decks.
  • Support the creation and execution of sales campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Help in tracking and analyzing sales metrics (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
  • Follow up with prospective clients, managing communication and nurturing relationships to close deals.

Marketing:

  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads and boosting brand awareness.
  • Assist in content creation for sales collateral, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Help maintain and optimize our website to ensure alignment with marketing and sales goals.
  • Research and propose new strategies for reaching target customers and markets.

Customer Success:

  • Ensure a smooth handover from sales to customer success, helping clients get the most out of our solutions.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring they are set up for success with our products.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to gather feedback, solve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and recommend ways to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Publicity & Network:

  • Assist with networking and business development efforts at industry events, conferences, and startup programs.
  • Engage with potential partners, clients, and industry professionals to expand our network.
  • Support social media efforts to promote our brand and engage with a broader audience.

Ideal Background:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in startups and high-growth environments, particularly in industrial AI or technology.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High motivation and a proactive attitude, with a keen interest in learning sales strategies.
  • Fluent in English (fluency in German is a plus).
